I only see a grey screen in the Player's Screen Sharing window

I only see a grey screen in the Player's Screen Sharing window.
1) If your Avacaster server is running version 4.0.1 or higher, you may need to install the Sun version of Java. If you are running the Microsoft Java VM (Virutal Machine), the following Console error indicates that you should try installing Sun's Java:
- Error loading class: VncViewer
- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
- java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: VncViewer
- at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass
- at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass
- at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.securedClassLoad
- at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent
- at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent
- at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.run
- at java/lang/Thread.run
You can dowloand Sun Java from here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
2) If you see the small Sun Java "coffee cup" icon in the upper left corner, but the rest of the screen remains grey, you probably have a firewall issue. In order to receive the sharing data, you must have port 6101 or higher open for TCP traffic. Each sharing session on an Avacaster server is assigned its own port, so ask the Avacaster Administrator the exact port being used. Note that the port may change from session to session or event to event, so it is reccommended that you keep a range of ports open.
